they are so many good wines which didn't make it! But it was fun. I wish I
had at least one similar to the Wine Spectator .. but remember wine is

This wine from Burgundy is a perfect example of balance between charm and
classicism. Will go perfectly with a salmon in the oven.

You can
find some tremendous cabernet from Napa. Silverado is sometimes
underscored but it delivers all you can expect. We selected this wine
because it can stand with the big brothers.

try a lot of Bordeaux , most of the time they are good but
sometimes one of them is going over the top. Last year it was Chateau
Lascombes 2003. This year it’s Le Clementin form Chateau Pape Clement. For
a 2005, a super vintage like 2000 it’s a steal!

Legaris combines state-of-the-art technology
with traditional artisan winemaking. 12 months in French and American oak
